The latest figures from the CAA show passengers at Robin Hood Airport increased for the third consecutive month this year. In July, 115,590 people used the airport, a rise of 22% compared to July 2009.
The most popular routes in July were Palma Majorca, Dalama, Alicante, Faro and Amsterdam. This weekend passengers are expected to be up by at least 3,000 – or just under 25% - compared to the Bank Holiday weekend last year.
